As part of our international development plan, we are currently looking for an eCommerce Manager to own and execute the growth strategy in our Swedish, Danish and Norwegian markets. The role will be based in our new central London office, working alongside the business founder and reporting to the Chief Growth Officer. Ideally it will be an office based role for the successful candidate to leverage on training from senior stakeholders, but we believe in a hybrid, flexible approach to accommodate working-from-home as and when needed.

The role is ideal for any junior eCommerce or digital marketing executive willing to take the first steps in management. A background in content would be a slight advantage, although the role itself is generalist by definition and will expose the candidate to the most diverse digital marketing channels and, more in general, the most diverse areas of the business, including but not limited to customer service, sales and operations.

Job requirements

As our new team member, you will be responsible for the success of our Scandinavian market, specifically in Sweden, Denmark and Norway. You will look after the execution and localization of the overall strategy across our digital channels, websites, and social media accounts. In details, the main responsibilities of the role will include:

• Making sure the overall marketing strategy is localised to Sweden, Denmark and Norway;
• Driving relevant traffic to the website across different digital marketing channels, ensuring wider audiences translate into turnover;
• Improving the website content and proposing upgrades, adapting the marketing language to local markets and customers;
• Liaising with freelancers and/or external providers for Danish and Norwegian;
• Updating the sites with new products, categories, and collections;
• Proofreading and adapting the copy, according to our authentic tone of voice;
• Keeping track of the overall performance of the website;
• Providing inputs on pricing, trends, and style according to local markets;
• Liaising with the Growth team to align with the overall financial objectives of the company;
• Reporting to senior management.

About you:

ennovationHUB believes personality, motivation and drive are equally as important as skillset. However, our ideal candidate would highlight the following:

• University degree;
• Swedish language (equal to mother tongue level);
• Content background or strong interest in content;
• 2+ years experience in e-commerce and/or digital marketing;
• Understanding of the most common digital marketing channels, such as SEO, PPC, Social media, Email marketing, etc:
• Familiarity with WordPress or similar CMS environments;
• Familiarity with Google Analytics;
• Growth mindset, innate curiosity and strong work ethic;
• Interest in design, interior or fashion.
