Niklas Ekstedt’s first restaurant outside Sweden is this cosy, designer-rustic spot in the Great Scotland Yard Hotel. The chef has become synonymous with using fire fuelled by wood, so expect dishes cooked over or immersed into the embers – along with plenty of pickling, fermenting and curing. 

Want to be a part of the team?

Get a new experience and learn cook on the fire. Cook with Scandinavian flavours and with a great team. Days on: Tuesday - Saturday. Days off: Sunday - Monday.
