We are currently on the lookout for a Swedish speaking Community Manager to be responsible for the everyday activity towards existing customers with our Mobilautomaten brand! Your aim is to understand, care and entertain our customers with creative, fun and engaging activities. You will oversee and take responsibility for synergies and performance across all departments involved in the operation to succeed in growing our loyal customer base.

What will you get up to day to day?

  • writing excellent content and coming up with new, interesting ways to engage customers with our brand
  • creating and managing the social media strategy for Mobilautomaten
  • planning & executing campaigns on social media
  • planning & executing campaigns on site and through email & SMS
  • analysing & evaluating campaign performance
  • coordinating & communicating with vital departments
  • and ad hoc tasks as needed within the team

So, do you have what we're looking for?

We are looking for someone with an excellent command of the Swedish & English languages. Social media community management experience is a must, at least 2 years either internal or agency side. Ideally you have CRM experience & even if you don't come from the iGaming industry; you find the casino world interesting & want to work with games! Strong skills in excel, word & WordPress will also be greatly appreciated.

Your communication skills are on point alongside having a creative urge & entrepreneurial mindset - you always want to be trying new things, finding solutions & moving forward! You take initiative & know you can share your opinions with the team & other stakeholders. Attention to detail comes easy to you as you have a methodical approach & can naturally coordinate in different situations!
