Are you looking for an opportunity to work with a brand in an industry experiencing a transformational period? Our Swedish iGaming brand Casinostugan is looking for a new member for our small and agile team. You will be managing everything the player sees and you need to take pride in your role with a great eye for detail. With a keen interest in modern media and consumer communications you are not afraid to try new approaches to existing and emerging challenges.

 

Casinostugan is positioning itself as Sweden’s calmest and most relaxed online casino and you will be responsible for assuring that a consistent tone of voice and style is being maintained across our channels. This is a role which requires a lot of ownership, initiative taking and outside of the box thinking. With the Swedish market evolving at a very rapid pace, it's important that you have a flexible mindset and can do attitude as the role evolves alongside industry.

 

Your focus will be split between active and passive CRM, such as sending communications and managing the content on our sites, and playing a pivotal role in our strife to improve our social media presence.

What will you get up to day to day?

  • Manage all content on our sites (Homepage, WordPress, Facebook etc.).
  • Plan, prepare and execute newsletters and SMS send outs as part of the CRM cycle.
  • Plan, prepare and upload content to social media sites.
  • Take charge in developing, and executing existing, social media plans.
  • Evaluate campaign performance and analyse tactics.
  • Liaise with internal and external departments.
  • Perform ad hoc tasks when needed.

 

Requirements

You speak both English and Swedish with equally good communication skills in both languages. Ideally you have worked with CRM and/or social media channels in the past, but more importantly you are a hands on person who takes on new tasks and challenges without hesitation. Having worked with Microsoft Office, G-suite, WordPress and other CRM platforms are an advantage but we care more about your ability to learn new systems on the fly.

You have a passion in the casino and sportsbook world but may not have worked in the industry before!
