Swedish Speaking Affiliate Marketing Manager

A fantastic opportunity for an Affiliate Marketing Manager to join a successful and established I-gaming Company.

 

Salary:

  • Junior: 25-35K
  • Mid-level: 35-40K
  • Senior- 40-55K

Location: Camden- London

 

We are recruiting three Affiliate Marketing Manager’s at a Junior, Mid and Senior level. The company is a small but established player in the I-Gaming industry and have seen fantastic growth in their first four years, launching a total of 10 successful brands within this time.  They currently employ circa 45 employees in their offices in Camden. They believe in an open door policy and ensure all staff have good access to all Heads of departments. They pride themselves on a fun and laid-back atmosphere, encouraging social interaction on a weekly basis, tempered by a strong desire to succeed and excel within a very competitive, dynamic sector.  

 

You will be responsible for the planning, communication and evaluation of all marketing activities for the business as well as managing revenue share and CPA affiliate relationships. The Affiliate Marketing Manager will report into the Affiliate Team Lead and work alongside a team of 3 other Affiliate Marketing Managers responsible for the UK, Sweden and ROW.

 

You will focus on 3 main responsibility areas, namely:

  1. Business development: Create affiliate relationships with new partners to generate growth of the affiliate channel
  2. Partnership management: Nurture existing affiliate relationships
  3. Account performance: monitor key performance indicators and spend on a regular basis

Business Development:

  • Develop key business relationships with affiliates and ensure the growth of the affiliate channel
  • Handle the negotiation process and ensure competitive commercial deals are being delivered and passed on to the account management team when required
  • Remain up to date with any regulatory changes in the industry and best practice for affiliate marketing initiatives
  • Attend conference and trade shows
  • Liaise with existing partners but also develop new relationships/contacts by attending networking events
  • Scale new commercial deals to the point where they can be handed over to the Account Management Team.

 

Partnership management:

  • Manage existing business relationships affiliates
  • Regularly assess campaign performance and maintain frequent communication with the affiliate partner
  • Be the first point of contact regarding any affiliate-related queries: provide updated product information, inform affiliates of any changes to offers as well as regulatory changes
  • Ensure collateral materials are up to date
  • Deliver marketing campaigns suitable for the acquisition and retention teams.
  • Ensure all products meet compliance requirements and liaise with the compliance office/account manager to ensure compliance documents are submitted and approved in a timely manner.
  • Maintain an up to date affiliate contact list.

Account performance:

  • Work closely with the Affiliate Team Lead and monitor key performance indicators and spend on a regular basis;
  • Review campaign performance regularly and adjust where necessary to ensure the commercial agreement is viable.
  • Support the Affiliate Team Lead with the affiliate budget and overall operational costs in order to achieve ROI requirements for the business.
  • Work with the product team to ensure a great user experience between sites.
  • Liaise with other departments regularly to ensure both business objectives and regional strategies are being aligned.

 

Skills & Requirement:

  • Experience in affiliate management and/or account management
  • Knowledge of the gaming industry preferred but not essential
  • Fluent in English plus one of the following languages is beneficial: Swedish, Finnish or Norwegian
  • Experience setting up or managing affiliate channels
  • Great account management and communication skills
  • Great organisational and time management skills
